1. Go for White-Colored Toothpaste

Always choose an all white-colored toothpaste because this way you will avoid some irritant ingredients that colored toothpaste has. The compounds that make toothpaste white usually are hydrogen peroxide, baking soda, and triclosan; these ingredients usually help improve the pimple's appearance.

2. Avoid Teeth-Whitening Toothpaste

This kind of toothpaste contains ingredients specifically designed to cause a whitening effect on the teeth, but when used on the skin, it can have counterproductive effects which include bleaching and burning, therefore creating uneven areas.
